At Qinshift we help companies and organizations in becoming sustainable data-driven businesses. We do this by delivering technology and strategy implementations. We purposely choose projects that make an impact, both for our customers, our partners and for society. Our primary focus are companies within Healthcare, Real Estate and Public Transport.
We consider ourselves a community of strategy and technology craftspeople and we value our team efforts highly. We use platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365, Qlik, and Power BI, to name a few. Regarding our custom development deliveries, we primarily work with C#, .NET, React and Vue.

THIS IS THE JOB
As a Solution Architect at Qinshift, your key responsibilities are leading the development regarding best practices for implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance. You are a part of the dialog with clients at an early stage and you make sure of securing, designing and creating requirements regarding the technical solution.
As a Solution Architect you will be the link between the customer and the team building the technical solution. Therefore, you’ll need a high level of communication but also that you take pride in building high quality solutions. Later on, you need to involve and engage the team in the technical journey at hand. Since the projects vary you have the ability and possibility to design and shape the project in which way might be suitable for the solution.
THIS IS YOU
To succeed as a Solution Architect at Qinshift, you keep an open mind and stay curious. You learn from others and share experiences. We work together and take pride in the team effort. As a Solution Architect you need to have previous experience, where you have had a leading role within software architecture and you are the one making sure that we have the quality in mind all the time. Preferably you’re used to working with technologies such as C#, .NET and you have experience with cloud-based systems such as Azure or AWS.
You view your client and the team’s success as your own. You have great communication skills so that you can lead and advise clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You have passion for your craft and the ability to drive your, and your teams, development. For this role you need to be comfortable in both Swedish and English.
