THIS IS THE JOB

You will join an energetic team of four colleagues in the P&C team who are located in Malmö. The role is situated in our growing office in Stockholm, and you will report to our P&C-manager in Malmö. Regarding daily Talent Acquisition-issues you will report to our Talent Acquisition-Team Lead also situated in Malmö. The P&C team work closely together to reach our set goals. You will also work very closely with the local management team in Stockholm and help set up events and activities.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an important part in finding new colleagues for our whole organisation. The main part of the role is focused on recruitment. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment stream leading processes from candidate profile analysis, to setting up onboarding for new colleagues. You’ll be using and building your network as well as searching candidates within the Tech/IT area, primarily Software Developers, Data Engineers, Project Managers and Business Consultants. On a daily basis you will work closely with managers both in our Stockholm and Malmö offices. Approximately 30% if this role is dedicated to HR-and Employer Branding-tasks, which you will share with the rest of the team and our Employer Branding specialist.

As our People & Culture representative in our growing Stockholm office, you’ll need an own strong drive and being able to plan and execute your daily work to a large degree.

A prerequisite for the role is that you have experience of IT/Tech-recruiting and that you enjoy spending time developing and curating your network. Searching and sourcing is something you know well, and with your creative mind you always find new ways to connect with potential candidates. You are a social person that likes to communicate with people, enjoying being a part of a team and collaborating with others. At the same time, you take responsibility for your own work and can work independently.

Other requirements you’ll need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar education

- Comfortable in English and Swedish both spoken and written

- Experience from any search/sourcing tool and recruitment platforms

- A couple of years of experience from working within Tech recruitment
